  Hello. I use 3 Tower themes and I don’t remember any problems updating the theme. Today I tried to update the Tower theme in one of the 3 sites where I use it (https://www.palestradellascrittura.it/), losing 90% of the customization: my logo had been replaced by the Tower logo and the page content disappeared (the opening video, the blog and more). Fixed with backup recovery. I have to proceed with updating the 3 themes, how can I do it without losing the customization? Thanks a lot and best regards. B runo

  Please make sure to update plugins as well! You can also, extract all current theme settings using the Tower > Import/Export (Dummy data) menu. They will be stored as a backup.
  After theme update and plugins update, go back to Tower > Import/Export (Dummy data) menu and import the backup recently created.

  Hello Mirela. I’m sorry to bother you, I followed your instructions, but after updating the Tower theme, I couldn’t import the last backup using import / export from the Tower panel, because Tower had disappeared. I have to update Tower, I have several, but I lose the customization and doing as you suggest, the Tower item disappears from the sidebar.
  
  AFTER UPDATING TOWER DISAPPEARS

  This happens because required plugins are inactive. Start by updating and then installing required plugins first (right after theme update). All missing options will be back.
