This is set limited to not overlay the element styling in case of super length description.

To make the description full you have to edit the file below: wp-content\themes\tower\vc_templates\staff.php and edit the following line:

$output .= '<p>'.codeless_text_limit(get_the_excerpt(), 255).'</p>';

replace with:

$output .= '<p>'.codeless_text_limit(get_the_excerpt(), 9999).'</p>';

Save the file and let me know.

Sorry for the delay, now i have fixed the issue. I have changed the code in this way:

$output .= '<p>'.codeless_text_limit(get_the_excerpt(), 999).'</p>';

replace with:

$output .= '<p>'.codeless_text_limit(get_the_content(), 99999).'</p>';

Now everything looks ok.
