Yes you are right, on the lastest version of Specular you can find the widget file into the plugin folder codeless-framework.
To access the plugin folder you have to go into wp-content\plugins\codeless-framework\includes\widgets\codeless_socialwidget.php
the class for the vk icon is icon-vk
Let me know if you have added the icon.
