we’ve been trying to update our Tower Theme to the latest version 2.8.3. So far unsuccessfully due to bugs in the version.
When updating to 2.8.3: Codeless Slider doesn’t work anymore. All sliders stop functioning. We just updated to WordPress 5.2.2 – so there should not be any issues with that.
Second issue: the blog template causes a 500-error when we choose the full-blog WPBakery Page Builder element with a category “blog”. All other categories work just fine.
The log files on this do not really help. All we see is that the process runs into an infinite loop…
what do you mean by “I have to install all necessary new plugins”? Usually plugins such as the codeless slider, simply kept working. It is included. So I’m not sure what you mean. Or is there a new version of that plugin too?
