You can fix the header height by going to Header -> Main Header Row fix the Header Height Option, set it as much as you need. Now is 220px. I can set for you but it’s better you can check yourself :)
It’s not header all that part, one part is header and another part is Row Element of page builder. Your page as set with Transparent Header, now i have set it back to no transparent, so the header is not overwrite the Row content, you can control the height from the Header -> Main Header Row Options.
