Create a "Portfolio Item" via WordPress App

  Is there a way to create a “Portfolio Item” via the WordPress App?
  
  iOS – latest everything, including theme.
  
  I notice Specular profiles have a specialized section called “Portfolio Items.” These have custom page types. Is there a way to create these via the WordPress App? Or any way to customize posts as a Portfolio Item?

  I think that this is not possible using the WP App, you need to login in WP Dashboard (
  using mobile too ) and go to Portfolio Section
