Adding button to featured image

  Is it possible to add a button to the featured image on my homepage? : https://sirio-transformation.com
  
  I’d like to be able to edit what text the button has as well if possible.

  Now you are using a flat featured image. I suggest you to use revolution Slider or Codeless Slider so you can modify the content as you need
