You need to increase the server requirement for theme. The import needs more time from the server. See this article for more detailed info: https://codeless.co/import-of-dummy-data-stops-before-100/

I already imported the dummy data using another way(without images as it would increase the dummy data size). To change in the future the header or footer, just go to Codeless > Home and click on “Import Header”/”Import Footer”. Click on the desired header/footer to start the import and in seconds you will have the new version installed.
