Hello,
I’m building a new site in Folie and have a sudden problem with the Portfolio Next/Back buttons. Although all of my images show in the Portfolio itself and each Portfolio item is linked with a featured image, the Next button only shows the same 7 images and the Back button only a few more.
When I click on an image in the Portfolio, it will be displayed in full on its own page, however if I then try to navigate to other full-size images using Next/Back, it is the same problem: just the same 7 or so images all the time.
As far as I can see, the code and settings look identical for the images that are displayed via Next/Back and the images that are not displayed so I have no idea why the problem is occurring. I’ve tried deleting the Portfolio and starting again but still the same issue with the same images.
Interestingly, it works fine if I select Lightbox – it cycles through all of the images – but I don’t want to use the Lightbox; I prefer just to have each image featured on its own page.
If you could please offer me any help with this I would be very grateful. The site is currently in Under Construction mode however I can give you admin credentials if you tell me what they are.
There is possibly one other problem with the Portfolio itself in that sometimes it will display only one, long, thin column instead of the masonry layout that I have selected. It usually rectifies itself in a minute or two but is still a little frustrating, especially as it might do this to clients also!
Thank you very much. Have a lovely day.

Hello,
Can you please check now? I just reset the permalinks in Settings > Permalinks.
Best regards!

Hello,
Most probably the permalinks reset did not take place. Can you please try resetting the .htaccess file (find it in wordpress main folder, or ask your host)? Just rename the current one and reset permalinks once again. This will recreate the .htaccess file again.
I tested this on my installation and it works well.
Best regards!

Hello,
We have just checked your online link. I don’t see any of our themes. Did you have changed the theme.
Please let me know.
Regards!

Hello,
Yes, I had to change the theme as it was essential that the site was fully functional. It has been 2.5 weeks since I last had news from Codeless. I requested a refund over two weeks ago as I could not use the theme and heard nothing about that either.
Thank you,
Kira
