Page Header – empty space

      Hi,

      On this page – https://lifetimecapitalgroup.0430446.netsolhost.com/quiz/what-kind-of-investor-are-you/

      There is a lot of empty white space at the top, on the back end (link to back end of the page – https://lifetimecapitalgroup.0430446.netsolhost.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2829&action=edit)

      It has no area where I can edit this header. This page is a quiz page from a plug-in and the plug-in is just a simple quiz, so I know for a fact that the settings of the page has somehting to do with the theme. On the page settings back end of the page, I added a featured image but it still showed the blank white space and the featured image twice. I then deleted the featured image. We jsut don’t want to have a blank white space, how do we get rid of the blank white space?

      Hello,

      The space is for the page header title. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/PWjYMd1
      To change this, go to page’s General Settings > Page Header Options. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/qsbnX5M
      Just set it off or change the height.

      Let us know how it goes.
      Best regards!

      Hello,

      This is not a page you are editing. It’s a quiz. This is a different taxonomy created by a plugin you have installed. The options I mentioned are generated by WP Bakery plugin for pages/posts.
      I am not sure if this is available for the quiz you have added. Go to WPBakery Page Builder> Role Manager > Post types, select “Custom“. Then a list of all taxonomies will appear. Check the boxes of those you want the Visual Composer options to appear. If quizzes is in the list, check it. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/gPJbG1S
      If it’s not then it is not possible to add these options.

      If the latter happens, just reduce the header height using custom css. Add this code in Specular > General > Custom css:

      .single-quiz .header_page.centered.without_shadow.no_parallax {
          display: none;
      }

      Best regards!

      Hi,

      Followed the first option you gave which is WPBakery Page Builder> Role Manager > Post types, select “Custom“. There was a quiz feature so I clicked quiz. I went to the backend and it says the page is empty, so how do I remove that blank space/header because the “general settings” is still not showing up even though it has a WP page builder.

      Hello,

      Well, that’s probably because this is not a native element of wordpess so WP Bakery does not have options for it. Just use the custom css i send you.

      Best regards!
