We recently decided to purchase the full version of WP Bakery (Visual Composer) and use it with our Picante theme. We wanted the original Google Map element that comes with VC. It all installs and activates fine but when we go to edit a page with the Back End editor and add an element it brings up the window (list) of elements and does nothing when we click on an element. It just keeps the window with the list of elements open.
We are using the latest version of Picante and the latest full version of WP Bakery.
Do you have any other plugins installed? The included version of Visual Composer is customized to be fully compatible with theme and fit its style. That is why it’s advisable that you keep the included version instead.
Theme does have a google map element included. What exactly did you want to change from it? If it’s only style, maybe we can help.
