I’m receiving this error through email from wordpress. I can’t view our website. When we do, it only displays the error message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”

Hello,
First, go to wp-content/plugins folder in your worpdress installation and rename the kirki plugin folder. I tried accessing the ftp with the credentials in your profile but they are not valid anymore.
Please add some valid wp and ftp credentials. So we can check this closely.Best regards!
