Hi,
For some reason the images on our page (https://lifetimecapitalgroup.com/materials/) just started not showing up correctly. We tried updating the images, deleting the section and adding in a new section. Tried re-uploading a new image, but the images are just not showing up. please advise.

Are the images showing correctly here? If yes, then I suggest you open the site from a different browser. Perhaps some add-on could be stopping them from showing on your side.Let us know.

The screenshot that you sent is a white box with a tiny blue question mark at the center, not sure what you are trying to show me there. But, are you saying that clearing the browser history might help?

Yep, that definitely a browser problem. Try accessing the site and the link of the screenshot I send you, from a different browser. Or a different computer. If you still can not see nither, then ask your network administrator if the internet access is limited.

We are still having the same issue where the image is not showing up on multiple different computers. I went to the owner of the business and told them that support told me it’s a browser issue. So they went ahead and checked multiple browsers and it’s still not showing up on a few of the computers or laptops. The owner said he briefly contacted a tech guy and the tech guy couldn’t see the image on his side either and he said it was a broken image link. The owner told me the findings he learned from the tech guy so I went ahead and re uploaded the image and changed it and updated it on the website. I also cleared the cache on the website. Then after a few days the owner contacted me again and said the image is still not showing up on the website. This time instead of a “?” mark it actually says “hsbfceowurfhbnewomdei” of some kind of gibberish word not sure where it came from since that’s not the same of the image. I have a screenshot, let me know where I can send it. Please advise on how we can fix this issue. I understand you keep saying it’s a browser problem, but it is not. I see the image on my computer but the owner of the website checked it with multiple different computer of his employees and they still do not see it, even my boss could not see the image on his computer. Hoping to hear a more detailed answer for you on how we should proceed.

No it is not what we see on our side, the image of the book is not showing up. Also, the button on the homepage is not showing up for the quiz slider and the book button. Why is that? We checked around 5 different computers, owned by different people, it is working on 1 of the computers but not on the other 4 computer. Also, we tried it in different browsers in the other computer where it was not working using Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Please advise why it is working in other computers and browsers and why does it look different for each person’s computer? We do not know what else to do on why it is not working on other computers.

There is not just one type of operating system or just one version of the same operating system. And also, there is not just one version of a browser. As much as technology has advanced, there can be cross-browser differences. No one can guarantee 100% synchrony of browsers around the world.Please keep in mind that this does not happen only for the theme images in your side, but all images. Like the screenshot link, I send you which is of an external site, and you still were unable to see (my first reply).

It’s the image of the first book on your homepage. Upload it on your site as it is (you can remove it later, but we need it now for test). Then add it to a test page.Let us know if you still do not see it.
