Hide side menu on fullscreen head and fade in when scrol down

  How can I hide the left side navigation menu and let it fade in once scrolling down? (For example like https://wp.seatheme.net/za2/ )

  This is not a style available from the theme’s options. To have this, code customization is required. Sorry but this is not included in support.
  
  I suggest you hire a designer to do that for you.
