After theme update (manual or automatic with Envato Market) all theme plugins get deactivated. Just go to Plugins menu and activate them again. Update any plugin that has a message that shows it has a new version available. It’s very important to have plugins updated along with the theme. Or issues may arise.

First, go to Settings > Reading and assign a home page to the site. So you can see the site as it was originally.

I activated the new version, installed and activated the required plugins. The Specular menu is visible now.

Now, please remove the old theme folder and then proceed in activating the child theme. So all your custom css is applied to the site.

Please remove the old theme folder first. You can save it in your computer if you want to save a copy as backup. Then try again activating child theme.
if this error shows up again, deactivate Codeless Framework. Activate child theme and activate the Codeless Framework again after it.
