On the youtube video tutorial there is a toolbar at the top of the page that has a “customize” button on, along with “June” in the top left. I do not have this on my wordpress. I have also found it quite difficult to set this theme up, are there any other more in depth step by step tutorials available?
Did you login to the wordpress dashboard? The top bar is the default of wp dashboard. Please add some wp credentials in a private reply. So I can give a closer look.
Where are you hosting your site?
The wp credentials are the login username and password to wordpress dashboard. When you follow this link: https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin
I see you have already imported the default demo successfully. I check the backend and it’s showing the options just as it should. See screenshots:

From Codeless > Home, you can import any demo you want, anytime. As well as change header/ footer by importing another style at any moment.

Please use only included plugins to edit the demo data. The shortcodes that compose the content in pages/posts are Codeless Builder shortcodes. They can be edited only with Codeless Builder and the included WP Bakery builder (it is customized to be compatible with our builder).
