Hello,
Can you please go to Settings > Permalinks and make sure the “Post Name” is selected. If it still does not change, add some wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.
Best regards!

Hello.
The slug is changed already. Try to reset permalinks again and try again. Go to Settings > Permalinks. Assign the permalinks to default, refresh pages. Then back again to “Custom” (as they were originaly). Save changes again and refresh.
Let us know.
Best regards! -
Hello,
Did you reset the permalinks? It is important to reset permalinks for the changes in the url to take place. See my last reply to understand how to do this.
Let us know.

Hello,
This is not possible to be done from the options. You need to edit theme files. The change is in file includes/core/codeless-routing.php in line(117):
'taxonomy' => 'portfolio_entries',
Edit the “portfolio_entries” and save changes. Please keep in mind that this needs to be redone in case of a theme update. So I suggest you save a copy of the edited file.
Best regards!

Hello,
I edited the file. DO you have any cache installed in the server? Please flush cache and refresh pages. Some servers need more time to show changes so i suggest you wait a bit and refresh pages again.
Let us know how it goes.

Hello,
This happens due to the change of the permalinks structure. The server needs more time to reflect the changes to all links. Try resetting permalinks again. If the issue persists, rename the .htaccess file in your WordPress installation root folder (in the server). Reset permalinks again.
Let us know.
Best regards!
