My team is having issues with our site. When they go to write an article as a new post, they save it and then go back and start writing again in the same article before they’ve published it and all the sudden they will save it and the title and the tags and the excerpt disappear. It will always save it the first time and then after you go back into the article several times before publishing it and still working on it is when it changes.

What theme version are you running? Please make sure to have the latest version of theme and it’s included plugins as well. It’s very important for it to work properly.
Do you have any third party plugins installed?-Can you please forward your renewal email to this email: codeless.sol[at]gmail.com? We checked the system and your support time is set as expired in April 2019.
