Google bot indicates page sources can't be loaded

Google Search Console, User-agent Googlebot (smartphone), indicates that page sources can”t be loaded, which also seems to result in the page being not mobile friendly. See the examples below. Can you tell me how to solve this?

Please contact your host and check that all files are being loaded properly. This is a server side issue.

It seems that I solved the problem by installing the Autoptimze <span style=”mso-fareast-language: EN-US;”>plug-in (with lazy-load on): https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ </span>

Do you see any disadvantages of using this plug-in?
