i have checked various settings to see where the mobile menu options are when scaling down the site the content moves to be responsive however the hamburger menu does not function
I can not test this. The site whenever in mobile, redirects to another url. Please check it again in mobile. Make sure you have removed any possible redirect so we can check it again.

You have many javascript errors in your site. Please disable all third party plugins and try again. Did you made any changes to theme files? What version of the theme do you have?
