I just bought a Folie theme (which are still great) for a client to import it on her WordPress Premium website.
But then I had a bad surprise: Now if I want to import an external theme, I have to pay a “Business” WordPress. That wasn’t the case before because my actual website is made by Folie + on a Premium WP!
It’s sad that WP changed that (if it’s for real the case)… So I won’t be able to use that theme for my client who bought the theme less than 30 days ago. Is a refund still possible in that case? Is this link to ask for a refund still correct? https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
