Cannot figure out what is happening with the theme. There is a clean installation of wordpress & specular with ‘business4’ demo layout imported (including demo content and all settings). WPML is installed. Very few minor changes in content (texts on pages, widgets). Absolutely no changes to theme code or files or anything else like that.
The problem is happening randomly. Sometimes it may start working fine after few minutes without any things from my side. Swithing off the “active responsive layout” helped once and theme started working fine for some time. Then it came back.
There are no errors in JS console. No links to external resources (css, images, js, etc.) which are probably not loading well.
Its behaviour is somewhat similar to bad caching (because after few minutes of inactivity it usually comes back to normal state) or something like that but there are no caching plugins install on this wordpress.
Please, help me to find what is going on? I’m completely lost in it…
