Customize page not loading

  I’m working locally on MAMP for MacOS. Trying to set a new site logo and favicon but the customize page doesn’t work. The page is blank. Kindly advise.

  Hello,
  
  I can’t really understand what is wrong with your site with just this much data. Firstly, make sure to have installed/activated and updated all required plugins. If you have any third-party plugins installed, deactivate them temporarily. Check the Appearance > Customize page again.
  
  To change logo go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Logo. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/cQjK85H
  To change the favicon: Customizing > General > Site Options. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/kDLr98k

  Now, try to install and activate all folie required plugins. IF you have moved to an online version please send credentials.

  I can’t help you if I can’t see the site configurations.
  
  Please check folder name of theme, make sure it is: folie
  Make sure you have installed: Codeless Builder and Kirki plugin
