  1. PROBLEM 1. We added an element an existing row and corrupted the portfolio, even though we never edited that element. Thereafter it displayed {“status”:”Nothing found”}. We ran a backup and strangely, the corruption remained.Screenshot attached.
  
  2. PROBLEM 2. To fix the above problem we ran a complete restore. The website appeared to be never restored. So we restored to week earlier. The corruption remained. See Screenshot.
  
  We opened a different browser that had never visted the above URL and the problem remained. See Screenshot.

  3. PROBLEM 3. Font Control. I see the Font Controls in appearance but they have no effect do not display.
  
  4. Heading Text? The website home page was improperly designed with 7 h1 heading tags. Instead of fonts they used 7 h1 tags. We need to edit these out! You can only use 1 h1 tag on a page! Where is the heading control (h1 h2 h3 etc) where is the flexibilty to edit? When we attempt to edit there is no option to change the h1 to h2 of h3 etc. to anything. The design appears hard coded.

  Can you please provide us screenshots with image links? It’s a bit difficult to understand the issues without images. Also, provide us WordPress credentials to try fix issues as soon as possible.

  fonts styles and other aspects break when we moved site to a demo server – this demo site, once edited. will eventually become the actual website address: sumerge.wpengine.com. I will send 2 sets of credentials. Demo site is also password protected.
  
  I will attach screenshots and send credentials via email. The site may look great but it was designed with 7 h1 headlines on every page instead of using text. Google does not think the site looks great and we need to convert these headlines to text. When we edit the theme breaks. When we revert to a back-up the break remains as seen in demo screenshot. Unable to attach any graphic with this interface here!
