can not import demo content

  hello i am trying to import the Construction demo but when the automated proccess finish all i get is this !

  i have try different php versions no luck.

  same issue happen with any demo content i have tryied

  Did you activate the required plugins?
  
  Also, make sure you have not installed the WPBakery plugin yourself. If so, please deactivate and install theme version of WPBakery, because it is a custom-built version
  
  If you notice further problems, please send me the credentials to setup for you

  well you gave me a clue and look at this ! the Wpbakery stays disabled because it needs some update that is impossible to be done through automated system, what i can do now ??? https://imgur.com/pOCgqyM
