Menu Text Colour on Hover

  Hi there,
  
  How can I change the active page and hover text colour on the main menu. I’d like it to be #28406d is this a custom change as I csn’t find the option?

  You can change menu colors on Customizer -> Header -> Menu
  
  Set the active menu item color & hover at Menu Section
