Theme slider is not responsive in android phones

  Hello,
  
  The theme slider is non-responsive for android phones. Sliders are viewed with misalignment and content can’t be viewed. The following features are used to view on phones.
  
  Mobile Phone: Xiaomi version Redmi Y2
  
  Android version Oreo 8.1
  
  Chrome browser 79.0.3945.116

  First, you are not running the latest Folie version. On the latest version, we have fixed an issue regarding Fullscreen slider and another one regarding hamburger menu.

  I have updated the latest version but still have issues while viewing in a mobile device. For your references I am sharing few of the images.
  
  Image 1 is the home page mobile device view, there is a grey background after the slider section.
  
  Image 2 is the about page mobile device view. The header image is not fitting on the screen. Same like about page, contact page and start a project header image is not fitting on the screen of mobile device only a part of the header image is viewed on a mobile device screen for the above 3 pages.
  
  Please suggest a solution for the above mentioned problems. For further clarifications please mail us.

  Hi, first, sorry for the delay.
  
  Please fix the first issue by forcing the slider to be full-height on mobile, you can do it by opening slider options.
  
  For the second one, do you use a cover background image? Try to make it background-size:cover
  
  Please share credentials with me to fix them for you.

  But still we have the issue in viewing the background image in mobile device. The mobile view should be like this image, but I am getting the view as like this image. The background size is selected as cover. Please fix the issue. For more clarifications ,communicate with us.

  Background image is not proper in mobile device. Please see the details below
  
  Image4 is the theme settings for background image.
  
  Image3 is the mobile view of the background image. As mention in the previous support reply, background image is size is set to cover. But the image is not viewed properly in mobile device.
  
  Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

  It’s causing by IOS devices that don’t support fixed bg images.
