1. Please try to disable all the third-party plugin that arent included with the theme.

2. Check if the plugin it is called Codeless WpBakery Page Builder (You can’t use the original version of Wpbakery Visual Composer)

3. Update the Codeless Page Builder and check if the theme it’s updated.

4. If the problem persists, please share with us your wp credentials in a private reply

I have tried to add the iframe but there is no possibility to create a new page.

You can also use the media element to add the video. I recommend you upload the video on youtube or Vimeo.
