I see that your paragraphs are left justify aligned.

The vertical space between paragraphs can be adjusting by adding some custom CSS:

#content .wpb_text_column ul li{padding-bottom:25px;}

You can add this code into the Wpbakery Page Custom Css or directly at Tower > General> Custom Css Box

You can change its value from 25 in the one that full fill your requests.

If you want to change the space in the mobile you have to add this following CSS code:

@media (max-width: 767px){
.wpb_column {
margin-top:10px;
margin-bottom:10px;
}

}

By editing the values above you can change the distance between the columns in the mobile version.
