Codeless page builder does not work

  Hi,
  I have bought the Piccante theme, installed and activated plugins like “Codless Page Builder”, “Kirki Customizer Framework” and “WPBaker Page Builder” (and all other plugins that are recommended). I have also read a lot in the documentation about how to create pages. My problem is that I can´t find the light gray area where I can add rows. It looks more like the “normal” WP way of building content…
  
  Also, when I go to Costomizing -> Page Builder, the dashboard on the left is empty, but in your documentation it looks like there should be many page options in this view.
  
  I have looked in your Forum, but can´t find the answer.

  Hi,
  
  After installing and setting up plugins, just go to your homepage (or other pages) and on admin top navigation bar, click the ‘Edit with Codeless Page Builder’ button
  
  At the top area or bottom, you should see a small bubble, click it to add a new row. Edit existing elements but right-click & click ‘Edit’

  Thanks for your answer. I guess I didn´t really explain my problem correctly. When I do like you describe, I can´t find any of the Picante Content Blocks.
  
  I can see the Picante Content Blocks when I´m editing back-end, but I can´t save any changes there.
  
  Do you understand my problem, or do you want me to send you some pictures to show better what I mean…?

  When I tried now, it worked.
  I can add content blocks in the back-end, and save them.
  I still can not reach the Picante Content Blocks the way you described.

  There are two types of content-blocks on the theme. WPBakery content-blocks and codeless-builder content-blocks. Let me know if you want something specific. We can help you to achieve that.
