Add to cart button on product mouse hover

  The add to cart button does not show up on mouse hover on the shop/category page. How do i add that?

  This is the Shop configuration you have to made:

  The options can be found in Customizer > Shop.

  Hi, maybe you are running the website as catalog mode?
  
  Please check Customizer -> Shop options and switch off catalog mode. If you continue to have issues, please share the credentials to fix it.
