Specular how to export

  Hello,
  
  I started to manage an ecommerce in which is installed your theme (savinoutdoor.it). I found out that the theme was not updated since more than one year, in fact, its version is still 2.6.1.
  
  The owners don’t remember the username and password to download the updates so I bought another licence just today.
  
  I tryed to update the theme but after updating, the website is completely different from the original.
  
  In order to avoid some ecommerce interruption, I have installed a backup of the entire ecommerce on another domain (coronaviruscollection.it) to do some test before update the real website and obviously, I get the same problem.
  
  At this point, I tryed to export all theme option in
  
  Specular->Import / Export (Dummy data) and even if the download seems be created, any download starts and I don’t know where I can get the export options.
  
  Do you have any suggestion in order to help me to solve this problem?

  Hi,
  
  I suggest you run the export, you can get files from specular/includes/codeless_demo_content/backups/ find out the latest created folder
  
  This can help you to get all options. But the main problem can be the fact that they have made changes in the parent theme without using a child theme. This can be very difficult to figure out their changes. You should check files for extra added codes

  Thank you for your reply. It is possible they changed parent theme even if I think they weren’t be able to do :-)
  
  Anyway, I found the backup files so I have updated the theme. After updating, the menu item “Specular” is disapperead so I don’t know how to import the settings.
