 I paid the 50 dollars to get my demo site fixed. The guy you tasked to the install the site answered with this.

The header did not import correctly. You may contact the theme author. It is a bug with a demo importer.

 Kindly clarify a bit further about your issue which you are facing. Have not our developer fixed your mentioned issue ? Or do you feel demo setup did not install as expected. Once we get clear picture of current scenario it will be easy for us to assist you accordingly and in best possible way.

 I asked him to clarify.
 
 He said the following:
 
 “The theme demo importer did not import the demo correctly. I think if you just let them know regarding the issue they can help with this since it is related to the theme.”
