Kindly make sure you scan our theme and core plugin files properly and also make sure word limit is set to some higher number so  all strings can be scanned. Once you are sure and try above points then let us know where you stand ?

The simple and easy solution is to just scan your theme files for translation and translate your strings as per your own needs. This way you can keep your translation with you and future updates will not hurt you. Its the right way to move forward. If you need anything else let us know ?

how can it be that i buy a template and then can’t edit it without plugins?
There must be a php file in which I can enter Our Locations, Telephone Number and Email Address can translate from the header into German.

I know that it was once in the register_shortcodes.php. but this file is empty.

via search engines i found a php from an old version in which it was possible.
