Layerslider WP not looping / not working

  Good day, the Layerslider is not looping. It is static and stays on the first slide. I have enabled slide, and looked at documentation. But no luck.
  
  I also noticed that the slider is outdated. Would an update solve the issue??
  
  If so they request the theme author to update? Please advise?
