Update messes up formatting on menu and sub menu items and footer

  Upon the latest update I see the h5 tag in the footer goes dark rather than what was assigned to it and also sub menu items become the color of the dropdown background as well. I have done this on two websites and it happens to both.
  
  Also messes with mobile menu colors

  The issue was linked to update where the widget h5 titles in footer change color and something is overwriting my color selection in the theme options so I had to override that with css.
