I did figure out what you were talking about here, and have now gone and created the project details section over again. But the title that was there is still there. I’ll attach screenshots. If you look at the first, to the right of the image of the restaurant, there are 2 “project details.
The new custom field perameters do show up, but I need to get rid of the old one thats there. OR I need to know where to fill information into it. It is not in the list I created.

The “Project Details” section is what includes the “Custom fields Parameters” that you add. In your screenshot you have created another “Project details” title, when you should have only custom fields titles. Please see below two screenshots explaining this:
