Fatal Error Update Folie

  I´ve a serious problem with updating your theme folie on http://www.iba-aigner.com. We’ve been working with version 2.1.2 now. I’ve always got the message that the WPBakery Page Builder which comes with the theme should be updated, but I haven’t bought a licence there yet.
  
  We also worked with an older version of WordPress 5.2. till today. Now when I’ve updated WP, I’ve got this error message:
  Deprecated: class-oembed.php is deprecated since version 5.3.0! Use wp-includes/class-wp-oembed.php instead. in /var/www/vhosts/iba-aigner.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4903
  I could solve this with deactivating the plugin codeless-add-external-media. So I could live with that BUT…
  
  It´s still not possible to update Folie without fatal error. I tried on a staging site on the same server or on an extern server. It´s the same, the site breaks down when updating folie.
  Error Message:

  I read in your forum that I could use the plugin kirki – I tried, site broke down too.
  
  When I tried to update folie via FTP (delete folie, update folie new from envato) its this Message:
  Ein Fehler vom Typ E_COMPILE_ERROR wurde in der Zeile 27 der Datei /var/www/vhosts/iba-aigner.com/httpdocs/test5/wp-content/themes/folie/functions.php verursacht. Fehlermeldung: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/vhosts/iba-aigner.com/httpdocs/test5/wp-content/themes/folie/includes/codeless_theme_panel/importer/codeless_importer.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/plesk/php/7.1/share/pear’)
  
  I know that our provider is still working with PHP 7.1.33 – I could update this to 7.3. but not higher.
  Do you think this might be the problem?

  Hi,
  Please do the following Steps:
  Go to wp-admin > Plug-in > deactivate “Codeless Builder” or even you can delete if you want.
  Then update the theme and install the plugin which theme recommend with the name of Codeless Page Builder.
  
  If you dont know how to do it, just confirm me back you havent made any changes in theme. I will do it.

  is it possible to make a subdomain and send me control panel, wp-admin, ftp etc…So i can do some more experiments rather than on main domain.

  I will recommend you to use this plug-in Vault Press for taking backup.
  Also Right now WP 5.5 is having diffrent behviour on this theme, some are looks perfect and some creating issue. So, I think better to wait for next update from our side.

  Hi,
  I have worked on your server and took almost 2 hours and found few issues.
  #1: Your Server Seems Very slow in Response.
  #2: Couple of Plug-ins are conflicting with themes and wp5.5
  Can you please provide me cpanel details? I will able to do work bit faster.

  I have invested almost 3 hours to check whats happening exactly. Our theme is perfect but your server is having couple of problems, it went down mostly and I captured the screen for you.
  
  and Also I tried to upload same your theme to my testing server with Minimum Data Import and theme is working perfectly. Visit: http://shmai.xyz/folietest/index.php/home/
  
  I will recommend you to speak with your Host and ask them to fixed your server issue or change the web hosting.

  Please Check Mobile View has been Fixed and let me know what else you needed.
  As Per my calculation your client server has a diffrent configuration.

  Hi,
  
  I know, I tried it with plugins when starting with this site but there´ve been problems too, so this time I set WordPress and the theme up new and copied the content.
  
  The problem with links to use as a menu (dropdown doesn´t open) is on the livepage iba-aigner.com and the new testsite too.
  
  Do you know why this could happen?

  I checked Chrome and Drop Down is working perfectly.
  Please be more specific or give me more details, I can provide proof video, drop down is working on pc.
