Hello,
Please can you show us your site credentials in a private reply so I can check?
Best regards!
I am having this same issue as well – would love to know the fix. Restored previous back up until this issue can be resolved. Thank you.
I’m having the same problem, so I just install thema, how can I solve?
I have screen shots, but cannot seem to attach them. It appears that the entire menu is shifted up withing the element box, so only half of all the menu words are visible.
I have reported this issue 4 days ago. No answer at all to any of my issues. 95% support :) really?!
Hi Ruco,
Have you checked already?
Thanks in advance.
We are without any response about the problem, we will have to open multiple threads?
Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please add this code at Custom Css Code box at general options:
nav .menu>li>a { margin-top: 35px !important;//change the margin to fit the header. }
We will include this on the next theme update.
Best regards!
Hi I installed the theme, imported one page data. I had this problem. I pasted that code in. But I cannot see the logo on S and no menu, some white block is covering the entire menu. Also when you scroll down you do not see the menu re-appear like you do on the web demo for one page. Honestly this is very frustrating. Can you please help.
Ok I managed to fix all but the re-appearing menu when scrolling down by trying different functions. If I chose header style simple than you don’t see logo only S and no menu. If you select with border top then it is ok. I get the menu in line closer to the demo using:
nav .menu>li>a {
margin-top: 28px !important;//change the margin to fit the header.
}
Question is how do you get the re-occurring menu when you are scrolling or jump down the #sec???
I have the exact same problem as well, the whole header image has seemed to shift up, and and additional “navigation” tab stating “home” has appeared. I have tried everything, and it’s been frustrating. Now I see it’s an update bug!
Hello,
Sorry for the late response.
Please use this css code:
nav .menu>li>a { top:50%;}
We will fix it on the next theme update.
Best regards!
