WordPress Admin Menu jquery Error

  Hi
  after recent upgrades, we cannot access the WordPress Admin menu page drop downs such as “posts”, Custom Links” etc.
  
  Error given is:
  
  TypeError: megmenuActivator.live is not a function
  /wp2020/wp-content/themes/folie/includes/core/js/codeless_custom_menu.js?ver=5.5:12
