My Latest from the Blog posts are not aligning at all. It appears to be a semi-random layout. Why? I really want to resolve this issue along with the floating-to-the-top menu item issue. Please help.

The latest news are displayed in such way because the text length on each post is different, this is the style of this element.

Have you used any third party plugin? This isn’t a feature/option of our theme. The post layout doesn’t change for logged-in/ not logged-in user.
