Our hosting automatically updates WordPress, and since the last update, the theme isn’t working. We really like this theme!
Here is what no longer works:
Homepage hero slider does not display. It is using Codeless slider. I hid this and added a temporary static image.
Main navigation menu dropdown items do not appear, and the menu does not display visually as it did previously. I turned on mega menu to make it work, but want the old version with red underlines to work again.
Hi, yes, we have Version 5.5.1 is installed, and using a child theme. It looks like this is a conflict with the latest update of WordPress. Many other people are saying the same thing. Can you check please?
My friend you are using a way backward theme version, kindly download latest version of your theme and update your theme. Also make sure you keep your website backup with you to avoid any loss of data in any way.
Follow standard theme update procedure to make sure you get it right.
