Please help: After updating WP & Tower problems with menu on all devices

  After updating to the latest WordPress version and the latest Tower theme, there is a problem with the menu on all devices:
  You can see the page title and the breadcrumbs on an extra header although switched off in the Tower settings. The website normally starts with a transparent header on a picture.
  The problem exists on all devices (computer, mobile & tablet). Please check and help! Please document what you made for letting it disappear as I have other websites based on Tower.

  Unfortunately, the menu on the mobile and on the tablet doesn’t look like before:
  
  Menu on mobile (portrait format):
  Logo and menu points are overlapping.
  
  Menu on tablet (portrait format):
  Logo is distorted.
  
  Menu on tablet (landscape):
  The grey transparent background of the menu (only visible when scrolling down (sticky nav)) doesn’t appear (although it works on the normal computer).

  I deleted the cache / browser history on all devices.
  
  The overlapping is gone but unfortunately, the logo in the header/menu now is DISTORTED:
  – on the mobile in portrait AND landscape format
  AND
  – on the tablet in portrait format.
  
  And for the tablet in landscape format:
  The grey transparent background of the menu still doesn’t occur when scrolling down (stick nav).

  How can I add an attachment (screenshot) to this message?
  
  I am explaining it more precisely:
  On the normal computer: When you scroll down the menu changes from NO BACKGROUND to GREY TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND (see: sticky nav in Tower). This is what I want! I am happy with this!
  BUT: On the TABLET (landscape format) this effect doesn’t work and the menu has got no background when you scroll down.

  STICKY NAV works on normal computer (grey transparent background when scrolling down). PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THIS!

  #1: Take the backup of Current Website
  #2: List all the changes you requested or made
  #3: Give the Access us and we will make changes
  or you can setup website some where on temporary server and we can make change there then you can migrate back to live server.

  I have problems with publishing a new page (sound healing: content is not visible on frontend) on my customer’s website. I guess this has got to do with not having updated the Tower theme, WordPress software and the WP Bakery Page Builder.
  
  This is why I come back to your offer. 4 months ago, Ludjon offered the following to me:
  „Update theme to the new version, add child theme too and list some things to us that you can’t fix yourself so we can add the custom code to the child theme this time.“
  
  Why is this necessary? You made some changes directly in the theme code and I need the custom code separately to later easily update the theme without your help.
  
  Azam asked me to do the following:
  I took a backup of the website.
  Here is the list of changes you and me made.
  I will give you access to the website in a private reply.
  
  1. June 2020:
  CHANGES made by YOUR TEAM and documented in the Tower Custom CSS Box:
  – header should to be fully transparent and should change in transparent grey background when scrolling down
  – logo should be left-aligned and menu should be right-aligned
  
  2. July 2020:
  CHANGES made by YOUR TEAM and not visible for me in the Custom CSS Box:
  – logo in header on mobile (white menu) should be visible (dark version uploaded in Tower settings)
  – logo in header on mobile should be scaled smaller
  – every page starts with a full-screen background image: On the computer this looks great but on the mobile and tablet the background image is zoomed in strangely. Is there a possibility to control the zooming (the part that is shown) OR to show the image in full width?
  
  3. September 2020:

  Please update the Tower theme to the newest version, add child theme too and list some things to you that I can’t fix myself so you can add the custom code to the child theme this time. And I can do all upcoming updates without your support… (Offer from Ludjon in October 2020)
  
  The website looks perfect at the moment but I have difficulties to publish a new page. I think I need to update the Tower theme…
  And please be informed that I also haven’t updated WordPress and the WP bakery Page Builder yet. If you could also update it while updating Tower, this probably makes sense…

  Please go to the page overview on the website and look at the page soundhealing.
  There is content in the backend but the content is not visible on the frontend, even if I publish the content. This is why I haven’t published the page and have kept it as a draft.
  
  I tried to find the mistake and I was recommended to update everything (theme, WP and all plugins).
  I updated all plugins apart from the WP Bakery Page Builder. And I didn’t update the Tower Theme and WordPress because Ludjon and you had offered to me to do the theme update because of the changes that are written in the Theme code and not separately. Please see our conversation 4 months ago…
  
  I am hoping to solve the problem with the soundhealing page with an update of everything. This is why I kindly ask you to do the update of the theme (and to document your changes in the custom code) so that I can always update the theme without your help…

  Hi,
  Sorry for the inconvenience, but there’s no way out to change the color of the minus sign as of plus sign because they are not icons but images. We’ll try to add this feature to our upcoming theme updates. For the time being, I set the background color so both icons(plus, minus) will show apart.
  
  P.S: You can change this background color from Appearance -> Theme Editor -> style.css(line# 10347)

  I checked the website again and found a few things that need to be improved (please see list below).
  Please make the corrections in the CUSTOM CSS, so for next time when I update the Tower theme, you don’t need to do these improvements again. Many thanks in advance!
  
  1. Menu on MOBILE (portrait format): Logo and menu points are overlapping.
  
  2. Menu on TABLET (landscape format): Menu is in the second row because of the long length of the menupoints. This is why the grey transparent background (appearing when scrolling down) is not visible behind the second row. What do you recommend to change?
  
  3. Background picture on TABLET (portrait format): Could you please show more height of the background picture?
  Background picture on MOBILE (landscape format): Could you please show more height of the background picture?
  
  I already took an update. You can use the login as given to you in a private reply one week ago.

    1- Header styling is now added to the Customize CSS section and now it is working fine on small devices too.
    Please check and advise.
    2- You can add padding-top and padding-bottom to show more height as you added in the custom CSS box by using media query.

  I saw the changes in the custom CSS for the header styling. It works now. Great!
  A friend of mine did the custom CSS padding for the background pictures. So I will ask her again to help me with this.
  
  I have 3 more new questions:
  1. When you look into the Tower Typography Options, there is written that I need to register for Redux to get the update for the Google font I am using. Is this correct? Do I have to register? Why?
  2. On my tablet (landscape format) the grey transparent background of the menu that normally is visible when scrolling down is NOT visible when scrolling down. Can you please fix this?
  3. On the computer and on the tablet (landscape format) there is a white bar appearing on the top of the page that runs through the menu. Can you fix this?

  Hi,
  1- You don’t need to register Redux, as I change the font family for testing purposes, and it is working properly.
  P.S Now I have reverted the font family to the previous one.
  2- On my tablet (landscape format) the grey transparent background of the menu that normally is visible when scrolling down is NOT visible when scrolling down. Can you please fix this?
  The grey background is working pretty fine on my side. Please clear the browser cache and then check.
  3- On the computer and on the tablet (landscape format) there is a white bar appearing on the top of the page that runs through the menu. Can you fix this?
