Disable fly-in animation in menu folie template

  For my website I am using the folie template, Version: 2.7.3.
  Is it possible to disable or remove the fly-in animation of the top menu?

  Hi,
  Yes, you can:
  Add this Filter on last line of functions.php (main theme)
  add_filter( 'wp_lazy_loading_enabled', '__return_false' );

  I added the rule. Although the effect is still there.
