Folie PREMIUM WORDPRESS PLUGIN WPML not included

  I just bought the Folie theme.
  
  In https://codeless.co/folie/presentation/?page_id=13 Features > it states that the WPML plugin is included but I cannot find it.
  
  Where is it ?

  Hi, sorry for the misunderstanding
  
  It means that Folie works with WPML (fully-compatible) but it’s not allowed to add the WPML plugin into the package. Not only Folie but no theme can add it at all.

  It’s a big misunderstanding to state the a WPML along with other plugins are
  
  “PREMIUM WORDPRESS PLUGINS INCLUDED”
  
  I bought the theme thinking I would not need to buy WPML.
  
  Can I get a refund ?
