Having Issue with header in Mobile Phone

  I am having an issue with the header in Mobile the header is not responding. Everything is going fine with desktop mode, even when I try with the mobile mode in desktop mode it’s working but in the real mobile phone the header is not working. Please help me I am trying to reach you for a week.

  please share your link with wp-admin and ftp details. also on which mobile it is causing this issue.

  I am facing the same problem after some automatic update. Please share how I can fix the problem. I am not a coder, just a marketing person. Mobile menu exists, but it is not clickeable in Chrome or Safari.
