Variation option

  size and color variation is not look alike your theme you mention in the demo theme.
  In my theme variation choosing the option is different from your theme june. Please help asap I have to deliver the site

  Please share screen shot what you are not seeing.
  Also Double check on your end, it not causing due to your extra plug-ins.
  
  Color Variation and Size are Generic features of Woocommerce.
