Licence & Upload Problem

  Hi,
  
  I’ve purchased the theme but the licence purchase code is not working. What i did? I’ve uploaded the theme and import the demo contect but an error occured while importing. After that the whole wordpress crashed. Now, i rebuild it but the purchase code looks not valid.
  
  Can you validate it again for me?

  Kindly be specific how you knew your code is not valid ? Have you purchsed recently or more than 6 months before ? Its just to confirm if your support time is valid.

  I’ve purchased yesterday. That’s why I’m suprised. We used the code for a subdomain under our own domain. We had to delete WordPress and install it again. We wanted to use the code again for the same subdomain but it failed.

  License code de-registered from the previously registered domain. Make sure to click the deregister button if you need to use license code on another production WordPress installation.

  Something went wrong with your server, I can’t access the dashboard. About the demo installation process, I think your server passes a request time-out message. Try to install it several times, your server maybe can accept it and install content one-piece at a time.
