I am having this problem too. I have two different licenses and one of them is being used and one isn’t. I tried to use it on a different domain, but went with a different theme. But, not it’s tied to that domain.

There you can create a new support ticket.

open a new ticket is easy:
Go to https://support.codeless.co/?post_type=forum –> login with your account –> choose a theme on the left hand –> go down –> fill in the form “Create New Topic”
You must have logged in to see the form.
Sometimes you’ve to remember them to answer, but most you’re receiving a quick (first) answer.
