How to change background color

  I worked on my website today, i am working on the Beas About us page, but i dont figure out how to change the color of it, i figured out where to change the coolor of the text and a place where it said BG color.
  But it didnt change the color to black?
  Can you maybe help change the color of the background to black and the text white on the Beas About us page..

  Hey, you changed the backround on the growtch and business box, but we also wanted to change the background on the page and header to black aswell.
